Recruiter * HR & Administration * Haifa Plus500 is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR team and help us recruit the best tech talents. As the Recruiter, you will partner with our managers to meet team recruitment goals by applying creativity and innovation to the sourcing, engagement, and hiring process. * Own the sourcing chain * Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to thoroughly understand the position’s details and requirements * Build a talent pipeline through sourcing * Find and engage passive candidates, and create effective search strategies by using different tools such as Linkedin, community forums, Facebook, etc. * Engage on all social platforms and use them to increase candidates’ awareness and boost Plus500’s brand and reputation as a leading employer. * Track and analyze the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies to continuously improve our processes while always looking for new resources for sourcing * Screen and interview potential candidates Requirements * 1+ years experience in sourcing, and an excellent understanding of how to use direct sourcing channels (i.e. headhunting, networking, employee referrals, job boards, etc.) * Experience in sourcing for R&D tech-related roles * Strong ability to both screen and sell an opportunity for passive candidates * Maintaining deep relationships with potential candidates * Innovative and creative mindset * “Can-do” attitude and a creative approach to sourcing * High level of efficiency, time management, and the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously * Positive with a can-do approach * Team player * Passion and initiative to promote employer branding and find candidates in creative ways * High level of English
