Project Manager – Industrial & FMCG Sector We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong business mindset to lead innovative projects in the industrial and consumer goods sectors. If you have experience managing projects related to improving existing products, developing new ones, or optimizing manufacturing processes — we have an exciting opportunity for you! This is a core role in the company, responsible for the full lifecycle of the project: from planning, through development and production, to final launch. The position requires strong leadership and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve business results. Responsibilities: End-to-end management of business development projects. Managing multiple interfaces: internal (Engineering, Marketing, Operations) and external (Suppliers). Monitoring timelines, budgets, and resources, and flagging deviations. Preparing management reports and presenting status updates to leadership. Risk management, resource planning, issue escalation, and task coordination. Matrix management across internal departments (R&D, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Marketing & Sales) and external partners. Defining and implementing work processes to compare actual performance vs. planning, including reporting. Requirements: -At least 2 years of experience in project management within consumer goods / retail / manufacturing companies – mandatory. -Bachelor's degree – mandatory (Industrial Engineering – advantage). -Full proficiency in Excel and project management systems – mandatory. -Experience in new product development or process optimization – strong advantage. -Ability to work independently, assertiveness, and strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel when needed.
