Project Manager – FPSO Projects Location: Israel Employment Type: Permanent Sector: Offshore Oil & Gas – FPSO Projects Salary & Benefits: Competitive Project Duration: 2–3 years Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in offshore projects? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead a major Produced Water Treatment (PWT) upgrade on an FPSO operating in the Eastern Mediterranean. This is a high-profile role overseeing the full lifecycle of the project—from concept and engineering through procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and handover to operations. What You’ll Do * Drive planning, execution, and delivery of the PWT upgrade project, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance. * Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources. * Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and external contractors/vendors. * Oversee risk management and implement robust project controls. * Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and environmental standards. * Prepare progress reports and present updates to stakeholders. * Support additional FPSO and offshore projects as required. What We’re Looking For * Education: Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline. PMP certification preferred. * Experience:8–10 years in project management within oil & gas or energy sectors. * Brownfield project delivery experience on FPSO or offshore facilities highly desirable. * Knowledge of produced water treatment systems is a strong advantage. * Skills:Leadership and stakeholder management. * Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. * Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus). * Flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
