Operate production equipment when required and ensure smooth line operation. Ensure production targets (output, quality, efficiency) are achieved according to plan. Monitor workflow and line performance, identifying and addressing issues promptly. Team Leadership Guide, motivate, and support production line operators during shifts. • job training and coaching for new and existing operators. Act as the first point of contact for routine employee questions or concerns. Quality & Safety Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and work instructions. Perform basic quality checks and ensure defects are identified and reported. • misses, and unsafe conditions to supervision. Continuous Improvement Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Lean, waste reduction). Suggest improvements to processes, layout, and work methods. Participate in problem
• solving related to downtime, scrap, and rework. Reporting & Communication Report production results, issues, and deviations to the Supervisor. Record basic production data, downtime, and quality metrics. Communicate effectively across shifts to ensure continuity of operations. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification an advantage). 2
• 5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment. Previous experience leading or mentoring operators is preferred. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. Skills & Competencies Leadership and team
