Schemathics is looking for a Product Manager to join our development team and take ownership of the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of our internal platforms. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business operations and engineering, helping translate organizational needs into clear development priorities. You will manage the development backlog, run Agile/Scrum processes, and ensure the team maintains the right balance between day-to-day operational needs and long-term infrastructure improvements. This is a hands-on role focused on internal systems such as our CRM, funnel infrastructure, and internal tools, requiring strong prioritization skills, business understanding, and close collaboration with engineers. Responsibilities * Own and prioritize the development backlog * Translate business needs into clear product requirements * Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery processes * Coordinate between stakeholders and the development team * Help shape the roadmap of our internal platforms (CRM, tools, integrations) Requirements * 3+ years of Product Management or Technical Project Management experience * Experience working closely with engineering teams * Strong prioritization and organizational skills * Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies * Ability to balance operational needs with longer-term product initiatives Experience with internal platforms, operational systems, or performance-driven environments is a strong advantage.
