Job Description We are looking for a Planner to join our Supply Chain team and take ownership of production planning, control, and execution processes. This role is responsible for building and managing production plans, ensuring material availability, and coordinating cross-functional activities to meet delivery timelines and operational goals. The position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager and works closely with production, procurement, engineering, quality, logistics, and project management teams. Key Responsibilities * Build and manage production plans based on customer orders and project timelines * Open and manage Work Orders (WO) within ERP systems * Monitor and control production progress across multiple projects * Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and production milestones * Track critical materials and components to support production continuity * Identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions Materials & Supply Coordination * Monitor material availability in alignment with production plans * Work closely with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely supply * Track deliveries and expedite orders when needed * Analyze inventory gaps and forecast future material requirements Cross-Functional Coordination * Coordinate between production, procurement, engineering, quality, and warehouse teams * Support alignment between operational activities and project requirements * Act as a central point of contact for production-related planning topics Monitoring, Reporting & KPI Management * Generate PP&C reports and track operational KPIs * Monitor delivery performance and production efficiency * Provide ongoing status updates to management and project managers Key Interfaces * Production & Assembly * Procurement & Logistics / Warehouse * Engineering & R&D * Quality Assurance * Project Managers & Business Development Requirements Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree or Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field * 3–5 years of experience in production planning / PP&C / supply chain roles * Hands-on experience working with ERP systems – mandatory (advantage with Priority ERP) * Experience in a defense or industrial company – advantage Knowledge & Skills * Strong understanding of production planning and supply chain processes * Experience working with BOMs and production/work orders * Proficiency in Excel * Strong analytical skills and ability to track timelines and performance Languages * Hebrew – native level * English – high level (reading, writing, and speaking) Personal Attributes * High level of organization and planning capabilities * Strong system-level thinking with attention to detail * High self-learning ability and proactiveness * Assertiveness and ability to drive tasks forward * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Additional Requirements * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities * Willingness to work additional hours when required * Eligibility for security clearance – mandatory
