We're looking for a full-time Personal Assistant to the CEO of our Commercial Division. What will you be doing? * Managing and coordinating a complex calendar for the CEO, including scheduling meetings with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders * Preparing professional meeting summaries, consolidating action items, tracking execution of decisions, and supporting key strategic processes of the division * Handling the division’s day-to-day administrative operations * Working closely with senior management and various teams across the organization, ensuring precise, efficient and professional communication * Thriving in an intensive, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, requiring creative thinking, smart prioritization, and a high level of independence What are we looking for? * At least 2 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant, including working directly with senior executives and managing complex calendars – must * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew * Full command of MS Office tools, including Excel and Outlook * High level of independence, initiative, proactive thinking and excellent interpersonal skills
