We’re growing fast and are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO — a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with the CEO and the Management Team, supporting strategic initiatives, coordinating schedules and priorities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Part-time position is also possible for the right candidate. What You’ll Do * Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO. * Take an active part in the planning and execution of the company’s well-being activities. * Arrange and prepare for meetings, including booking venues, organizing logistics, and distributing relevant materials. * Handle invoices and payments to suppliers, in collaboration with the accounting team. * Responsible for ordering supplies, and equipment and maintaining an organized work environment. * Handle travel arrangements — including flights, accommodations, and transportation. * Support special projects, programs, events, and initiatives led by the CEO and executive team. * Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. * Track and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines and follow-ups are met. * Represent ProfiSea with professionalism and a high sense of responsibility. About You * Highly service-oriented, creative, forward-thinking, resourceful, solutions-oriented * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * High level of accountability and ownership * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English * Strong interpersonal skills and team player. * High attention to details. * Proficiency in MS Office Tools
