We are a global company specializing in creating innovative products. We are seeking a highly proactive and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to one of the company’s owners, both personally and professionally. The ideal candidate will have a “can-do” attitude, strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and manage urgent matters and last-minute changes with ease, anticipate needs proactively, and maintain a high level of discretion. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where flexibility and reliability are essential; have experience working in a global environment; communicate in English daily; and be comfortable with diverse cultures. Key Responsibilities: * Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the owner, ensuring all personal matters are handled efficiently and discreetly. * Coordinating and managing personal travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, activities, etc. * Liaise with external service providers, such as accountants, attorneys, insurance agents, etc. * Oversee property-related matters, including lease agreements, payments, and coordination with property management and service providers. * Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably from global companies * High level of discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness. * Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal (native or near-native level) – a must * Quick learner, especially with new technological tools * Background in operations, administration, or project coordination – an advantage. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure * Able to lead processes and push tasks to completion * Flexibility and availability beyond standard working hours. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (and preferably project management tools).
