Responsibilities: * Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and the company leadership including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements * Manage communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders * Coordinate company events, board meetings, and executive-level projects * Support daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed * Monitor deadlines, action items, and priorities to ensure executive effectiveness * Handle expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking as needed Requirements: * At least 5-7 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role * Work experience from high-tech companies- must * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages – an advantage * Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management and external partners * Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
