• stopping reality. We’re looking for a "maker" who is happy to get their hands dirty in the timeline but has the strategic mind to know what makes an ad actually convert. What You’ll Do Core Production: Take the lead on editing and post
• production for videos produced by the team, including UGC
• style ads, brand content, and social media assets. Creative Ownership: Beyond executing existing briefs, you will research, ideate, and develop your own creative "hooks" and concepts for creatives on Meta, TikTok, and Google. AI Integration: Use Generative AI tools to enhance production value, generate assets, and experiment with new visual styles that set our campaigns apart. Data
• Driven Iteration: Collaborate with campaign managers to analyze ad performance and quickly produce "V2" edits based on what’s working in the field. Collaborative Execution: Work alongside the creative team to ensure every video

• Agnostic: You are a pro in Premiere Pro and After Effects, but you’re also an early adopter of AI video tools and workflows. Conceptually Minded: You don’t just wait for a storyboard; you understand the "why" behind an ad and can suggest better ways to tell the story. Production
• Savvy: You know your way around a camera and a set. You understand how to direct a scene to get the specific shots you’ll need later in the edit. Team Player: You enjoy the collaborative process of a creative studio and are happy to contribute your skills to the team's larger goals.
