At ListingUp (Spacenter, FitCenter, and more), we’re looking for a performance-driven marketer who wants real responsibility. Not someone who waits for briefs, but someone who defines them. You’ll have a direct impact on growth, budgets, and results. What you’ll own: End-to-end paid performance Hands-on ownership of Google Ads and Meta Ads, from strategy to execution and optimization. If you believe TikTok, Taboola, or another channel can outperform – you’ll have the freedom (and responsibility) to prove it. SEO strategy & organic growth Lead SEO at a strategic level: keyword research, content structure, prioritization, and performance management. Content writing itself is not part of the role – execution is supported by AI workflows, optimization processes, and external writers. AI & search innovation Explore and implement AI-driven search and discovery (Gemini, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and others). We already operate in this space and expect you to help push it forward. Data-driven decision making Analyze GA4 and performance reports to understand what works, what doesn’t, and how to scale what wins. You’re a strong fit if:
• You have 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google & Meta).
• You naturally spot performance drops and act fast, with solutions – not excuses.
• You’re curious, tech-oriented, and comfortable with constantly changing algorithms.
• You want autonomy, ownership, and measurable impact on business growth. This role is not a good fit if:
• You prefer predefined tasks and tightly scripted briefs.
• Numbers and performance analysis feel like overhead rather than a core tool.
• You’re looking for a slow-paced or static environment. What we offer: Salary: ₪13,000–16,000 (based on experience and skillset).
