Job Description * Plan and execute partnership strategies to drive measurable growth and revenue * Identify creative growth opportunities and recruit relevant influencers and partners who align with the brand * Manage and optimize the daily operations of the partnership program, improving efficiency * Leverage technology and tools (including AI) to enhance workflows and performance * Negotiate commercial agreements to maximize value and ROI * Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and define KPIs for optimization * Work with the team to effectively use partner content in ads and social channels * Take ownership of budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope Qualifications * 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or partnerships. * Excellent written and spoken English, writing and communicating effectively with international partners. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, interpret results, and derive actionable insights. * Tech-savvy with the ability to adopt and utilize new technologies effectively * Proven negotiation skills and confidence in financial discussions and deal-making * Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple partners and deadlines * A proactive "doer" attitude with a hands-on approach and execution focus * Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Additional Information We’re Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to transform the way software is built.
