Job Description A leading engineering firm is seeking a professional, organized Office Operations Specialist to take responsibility for day-to-day operations and lead processes across the organization. This is a key role with broad responsibility, involving work with multiple stakeholders and the opportunity to influence how the organization operates and performs. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and lead the day-to-day operations, including working with vendors, service providers, internal stakeholders, and external partners. * Manage and resolve daily operational issues, including prioritization, cross-functional coordination, and follow-up on execution. * Oversee inventory management for office supplies and technological equipment, ensuring organization and availability. * Handle ongoing matters related to company vehicles, parking, business travel, insurance, and relevant agreements, including tracking renewals and commitments. * Consolidate and manage procurement requests in accordance with organizational policies and budget constraints. * Lead office improvements and changes in line with management decisions, including obtaining quotes and overseeing implementation. * Manage and respond to employee requests related to operational matters, ensuring clear policy adherence and consistent execution. * Manage the overall operational budget, including ongoing expense tracking and reporting as needed. * Maintain and enforce operational procedures, ensuring proper implementation of management decisions. * Identify gaps in workflows and day-to-day operations, and flag them along with recommendations for improvement.
