We Are: Manhattan-based real estate investment platform focused on prime multifamily and hospitality assets. Recently completed our inaugural public bond issuance on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. We are not a traditional real estate company. We move fast, run lean, and eliminate bureaucracy. Looking For: A sharp, organized, creative, and tech-driven Office Manager & Personal Assistant to: * Run the daily ops * Work closely with the founder * Drive our digital brand * Take ownership, solve problems fast, and push projects forward Your Day-to-Day: * Manage the founder’s schedule, meetings, travel, and daily priorities * Keep the office on point * Implement AI tools & systems * Lead graphic design + branding tasks * Tweak UX/UI flows * Launch creative ideas (and actually execute them) You Bring: * Exceptional organizational and execution skills * Ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment * Strong AI skills (tools, workflows, implementation) * Quick, clean graphic design skills (with an eye for brand) * High attention to detail with strong communication skills * Super organized, fast executor, problem solver * Ready to start ASAP
