Office Manager & HR Admin Galooli has been leading the smart revolution of energy efficiency for over a decade, with a business presence spanning the globe. We provide an agnostic, all-encompassing remote monitoring and management platform to track, analyze, and optimize remote sites’ and energy assets’ performance. We are looking for an Office Manager & HR Admin who wants to be part of a growing company. In this pivotal position, you will drive our office’s efficiency and effectiveness, blending administrative finesse with HR expertise to create an environment where everyone can thrive and succeed. Office Management: * Oversee the office’s day-to-day operations, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment for all employees. * Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed. * Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and professionally representing the company. * Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, handling logistics and providing administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. * Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. * Assist with document management and file organization to support departmental workflows and projects. * Processing and sending invoices to the company’s customers. HR admin: * Assist with various aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding and employee relations. * Coordinate job postings, review resumes, and schedule interviews, collaborating closely with the HR manager. * Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time. * Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. * Support for all welfare and wellbeing activities such as HH, trips, volunteering, holidays, special days for employees’ children, etc. About you: Can-do approach, quick learner, diligent, and a team player. * B.A in social science or any other relevant field – a plus * Previous experience as an office admin- must * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software– must * Good proficiency in English (spoken and written) * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while maintaining high accuracy. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, with problem-solving skills * Discreet and independent professional * Team player with excellent interpersonal skills * Good vibes are a must!!! The position is open to candidates of all genders and backgrounds equally. Full-time position, 5 days a week at the company offices in Tel Aviv (not hybrid)
