Position Summary: Binder & Partners’ multi-family office is recruiting an experienced Office Manager to join its team. This role is central to the day-to-day operations of the family office, acting as the operational and back-office hub that supports the CEO and Family Officers across all ongoing cases. The Office Manager will be deeply involved in the operational follow-up of all matters handled by the firm, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and timely execution across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a professional, friendly, highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and driven individual with a strong desire for excellence and reliability. Responsibilities: * Act as the central back-office and operational coordinator for all ongoing cases, ensuring end-to-end follow-up, smooth execution, and coordination between the CEO, Family Officers, and external stakeholders. * Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the CEO and the Family Officers. * Track each case and its milestones, proactively following up with internal team members and external parties to ensure deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks. * Send documents to clients, track signatures, and ensure banks and counterparties execute instructions correctly. * Communicate with banks, insurers, and asset managers to request, transmit, and follow up on information. * Assist with research, preparation of files, calls, and ad-hoc operational tasks related to client matters and internal projects. * Handle recurring monthly tasks, including document updates and preparation of client reports. * Oversee scheduling, travel arrangements, invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and daily office operations (mail, couriers, phone calls, office supplies). Skills: * Native-level French, fluent Hebrew, professional working proficiency in English. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously. * Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. * Ability to work autonomously while coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders. * High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). * Comfortable working with AI tools to improve efficiency, research, drafting, and task execution. Profile: * At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar operational role. * Experience in a financial, legal, consulting, or professional-services environment is a strong plus.
