Looking for our Yin/Yang in the office! BIMLab, a boutique family-run company specializing in BIM management and systems coordination for construction projects, is looking for an Office Administrator (part-time, Sun–Thu, 08:30–13:30) with the option to expand up to 80%. What’s waiting for you with us: Day-to-day office management – employee well-being, office supplies, and refreshments. Preparing materials for the accountant, managing expenses and petty cash. Working with clients and suppliers – tracking price proposals, opening client files in systems (Masterplan and Monday), issuing invoices, and overseeing collections. Monitoring client and project profitability, preparing reports for management meetings. Job Requirements: Academic/technical degree or Office Administration certification – significant advantage. Previous experience in a similar role – required; preference for candidates with background in architecture/engineering firms. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Strong advantage for experience with Masterplan and Monday. Knowledge of English – a big advantage. Highly organized, responsible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
