• day office operations and make sure everything runs smoothly Keep the office clean, organized, and fully stocked
• supplies, equipment, and facilities Place orders and manage the distribution of office supplies and equipment Work with external vendors and service providers (facilities, HVAC, cleaning services, food, equipment) Open and track service calls with external suppliers Coordinate employee travel
• flights, hotels, and communication with travel agencies Handle logistics for in
• office meetings and team events Help organize company events
• team offsites, fun days, happy hours, and holiday celebrations Support onboarding and offboarding processes on the administrative side Provide administrative support to different teams across the company Requirements Experience as office administration Organized, detail
