As a NOC Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our cutting-edge network infrastructure. The NOC operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the successful candidate will be required to work in shifts, including night shifts. Responsibilities * Provide T1 & T2 level technical and customer support to global clients * Monitor network infrastructure using specialized tools * Respond promptly to alerts and notifications * Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime * Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues Requirements * 1 year experience as a Tier1/2 support or NOC Operator with strong technical background * Fluent English speaker * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work well in a team environment * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technical setting * Available for 5 shifts per week, including night shifts * Willingness to work Sunday – Saturday Advantages * Experience with Python, Linux, HF/Radio technologies, or Cisco networking
