Tel Aviv Responsibilities: * Configure port-level access, firewalls, and switches * Document incidents in ticketing system and ensure resolution * Configure network flow based on SOPs Requirements: * 1–2 years of hands-on experience in networking (Cisco/Aruba: routing, switching, wireless) * Strong troubleshooting skills for switches, routers, and access points * Ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues * Good communication skills in English (written & verbal) * Ability to work on different sites (according projects, incidents…) * Ability to work in an on-call shift outside of working hours (in case of outage/issues) * Team player and willing to learn
