About the Company We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead the poultry, fish, and beef categories. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing key commercial processes, and acting as a central interface between business divisions. About the Role Lead national B2B sales activities across poultry, fish, and beef categories. Act as a key interface between Tnuva’s retail and culinary (Chef) sales divisions. Manage sales forecasts, inventory levels, and commodities planning. Drive commercial growth while ensuring alignment between demand and supply. Work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, operations, and procurement. Support strategic decision-making and optimize product availability and sales performance. Responsibilities * Lead national B2B sales activities across poultry, fish, and beef categories. * Act as a key interface between Tnuva’s retail and culinary (Chef) sales divisions. * Manage sales forecasts, inventory levels, and commodities planning. * Drive commercial growth while ensuring alignment between demand and supply. * Work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, operations, and procurement. * Support strategic decision-making and optimize product availability and sales performance. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree – required. * At least 6 years of sales experience in fish or beef. * Strong experience working with commodities, inventory management, and forecasting. * Strong commercial understanding and analytical capabilities. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders * Experience in B2B and retail environments – advantage. * Good English – advantage (not mandatory)
