We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead airborne mechanical development projects within our Missile & Space Systems division The Position includes: * Engineering responsibility for airborne mechanical design * Lead the development of structures, mechanisms, and manufacturing processes from requirements definition through final product delivery * Lead complex mechanical development testing * Work with internal suppliers and external subcontractors * Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment with engineering and operations teams * Make engineering decisions regarding design alternatives * Manage engineering requirements and lead interfaces with other professional disciplines What We're Looking For: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory * Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Systems Engineering – Advantage * At least 7 years of experience in mechanical design – Mandatory * Experience in airborne structural design and complex mechanisms – Advantage * Experience managing direct reports – Mandatory * Familiarity with development processes and systems engineering practices – Advantage About us We're the leading site for system design, development, and engineering.
