We are hiring a System Engineer – Join ELTA Systems (IAI Group) Role Overview * Lead system lifecycle from concept and design through operational deployment * Develop advanced radar systems for local and international customers * Design simulations and perform performance evaluation * Define system algorithms and processes * Specify requirements for software teams and support development * Participate in field and sea trials in Israel and abroad * Analyze radar performance during experiments * Contribute to future system capabilities Requirements * B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Biomedical Engineering-Required * Experience with multidisciplinary systems – advantage * Background in hardware and communications – advantage * Naval experience – advantage * Experience with MATLAB/Python – advantage * Strong analytical skills, system-level thinking, and teamwork About ELTA Systems ELTA Systems is a division and subsidiary of IAI, with sites in Ashdod and Be’er Sheva.
