Research & Prospecting Support the Marketing and Sales teams by validating and enriching outreach lists for events, roundtables, dinners, conferences, and campaigns. Leverage tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and relevant industry communities to identify and qualify prospects. Ensure all invitees align with WINN.AI’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Data Management Maintain accurate, complete, and up
• to
• date data in our lists and CRM. Perform cross
• list checks to prevent duplicate outreach and confirm engagement status. Uphold data hygiene by removing outdated or low
• quality contacts. Campaign & Social Support Contribute to digital and viral campaigns by creating and managing targeted outreach lists. Track engagement on WINN.AI’s LinkedIn posts and identify potential leads or relevant connections. Support Sendoso activities, including gifting logistics, tracking, and follow
• up coordination. CRM & Process Insight Gain hands
• on experience with HubSpot workflows and campaign tracking. Monitor outreach sequences, analyze engagement results, and share insights to optimize future campaigns. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Able to manage multiple projects independently.
