Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Operation Manager and take a key role in expanding our international partner portfolio across multiple verticals. In this position, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and growing strategic relationships to drive mutual growth. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager, supporting daily operations and helping scale our global network. Responsibilities * Multi-Vertical Management: Oversee multiple verticals simultaneously, including brand portfolios, SEO initiatives, and partner channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and consistent performance across all areas. * Brand Performance Analysis: Use strong analytical skills to assess brand performance through KPIs and ROI metrics. Deliver actionable reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Maintain full ownership and deep understanding of performance data to drive ongoing optimization. * Deal Negotiation: Drive negotiations while adapting deals based on performance and KPIs, ensuring partnerships remain effective, profitable, and aligned with targets. * Oversee end-to-end deal execution, from account setup and link implementation to coordination with internal teams, including invoicing and collection at month-end. * Partner Growth & Success: Lead the full cycle of acquiring, onboarding, and managing brands and networks across various markets. Build strong, long-term relationships and drive mutual growth through effective deal negotiation and continuous performance optimization. Requirements * 1+ year of experience in Business Development OR 2+ in Account Management. Affiliate management (iGaming) Forex – Advantage. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with sensitive materials and numerical data. * Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
– Pivot Tables are a MUST. * Comfortable with hands-on backend and operational tasks as a core part of the role, with strong multi-tasking abilities. * Excellent command of English, both written and verbal – a MUST. * Demonstrated proactivity and initiative in identifying and engaging potential partners. * Basic understanding of marketing principles across various types. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with quick responsiveness and problem-solving abilities. * Proven ability to conduct effective negotiations.
