In this high-impact role, you’ll manage a multidisciplinary marketing team and take full ownership of acquisition, conversion, and growth across multiple brands. =========================== Responsibilities: * Own and lead all acquisition and performance marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels * Manage and grow a cross-functional marketing team (media, content, automation, SEO, design, and more) * Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, measurement, and optimization to drive growth * Define KPIs, track CAC, LTV, ROI, and deliver clear reporting on marketing performance * Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to align user acquisition with product value * Maintain and evolve a consistent brand presence across platforms and campaigns * Continuously experiment with new channels, tactics, and creative strategies to optimize funnel performance Requirements: * 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in a senior leadership role * Proven track record in performance marketing at scale — from planning to hands-on execution * Experience managing and mentoring diverse marketing teams in a fast-paced environment * Analytical mindset with strong command of marketing metrics, analytics platforms, and attribution models * Fluent in campaign strategy and operations across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, email marketing, SEO, and affiliate networks * Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) * Creative thinking paired with a results-driven approach Advantages: * Experience in fintech, prop trading, or B2C SaaS * Familiarity with community-based acquisition or brand-led growth strategies ============================= Why Join Us? * Work at a profitable, fast-growing company that’s shaping the future of trading * Be part of a global team where your ideas drive real impact * Enjoy a fun, collaborative culture that values openness and initiative * Healthy work-life balance within a focused and supportive team
