Marketing & Digital Manager WANTED Location: Central Israel — hybrid as required Reports to: CEO / VP Business About the Company Eyeviation is a fast-growing DeepTech startup. We build real-time AI instructors powered by biometric data that train pilots, soldiers, law enforcement, athletes, and civilian users. Role summary A hybrid strategic + hands-on role: you will lead company and product marketing while working with a supporting internal team and external vendors in creative, digital and events. Own MARCOM and drive international go-to-market across defense and civilian segments. Key responsibilities (3 pillars) 1) Brand Strategy & Management Define and maintain brand strategy, positioning and unified messaging. Build the annual marketing plan and KPIs; manage budgets and ROI. Produce core assets: narratives, sales decks, investor materials, videos and collateral. 2) Digital & Performance Marketing Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid social, email, content). Own the website and conversion funnels; run A/B tests and analytics. Operate CRM & marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot/GHL) and integrate with GTM tools. Manage creative and media vendors; ensure on-time, on-brand delivery. 3) International Marketing & Events Plan and run tradeshows, delegations and events worldwide (USA & Europe focus). Coordinate pipelines of meetings with partners, distributors and customers. Align closely with Sales/Product; localize materials and campaigns by region. (Defense marketing experience is an advantage and can be prioritized as needed.) Requirements 5–7 years in marketing roles in tech, with proven B2B program delivery. Experience managing vendors and integrating marketing systems. Native-level English (written & spoken); strong content and business communication. US market experience – required. International exposure across EU a plus. Familiarity with defense/security or shooting/training ecosystems – advantage. Technical orientation and ability to lead projects independently end-to-end. Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, Notion (or equivalents). Budget ownership and solid business/financial acumen. Willingness to travel frequently (USA & Europe). Significant advantages Background in shooting ranges / firearms industry. Military/technical/security-industry experience; prior product-marketing for defense. Experience in training/instructional programs. B2C growth/retention experience. What we offer A key role at a fast-scaling DeepTech company with international exposure.
