Particle is a fast-growing men’s grooming brand trusted by over 1M customers worldwide. We create performance-driven marketing across paid media, email, and our website — and we’re scaling fast. We’re looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative Studio, full-time, 5 days a week, in our Tel Aviv office. This is a hands-on role focused on high-impact marketing design — from ads and landing pages to emails that convert. The Role You’ll be part of Particle’s Creative Studio, working closely with performance managers, marketers, and creative leadership. Your work will appear across paid ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and website marketing sections, with a clear focus on clarity, conversion, and scale. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys fast iteration, commercial thinking, and seeing their work directly impact results. What You’ll Do * Design marketing visuals across channels, including: * Static performance ads for Meta and other platforms (4:5, 1:1, 9:16) * Email designs for campaigns, promotions, and flows * Marketing visuals for landing pages and website sections * (No UX/UI work required) * Create high-performing assets such as: * Product & benefit visuals * Before / After compositions * Comparison modules * Credibility & trust sections * Offer badges, promos, and urgency elements * Lifestyle and product compositions * Collaborate daily inside the Creative Studio to maintain and elevate visual standards across marketing channels * Design with performance in mind — clarity, hierarchy, testing, and conversion What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of experience in graphic / marketing design with a strong commercial portfolio * Experience designing marketing emails (Klaviyo or similar tools is a plus) * Strong understanding of performance-driven design for paid ads and marketing pages * Solid foundation in composition, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency * Fast, iterative workflow with strong attention to detail * AI imagery skills are mandatory * (Midjourney, Sora, Nano Banana Pro, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
