Department: Operations Location: EMEA-Israel Description Global shipping department manager function within the Procurement & Import-Export department is responsible for leading the import-export flow, including: team management, processes development and implementation, COGS optimization, coordination of the Import & Export transactions through delivery from suppliers and to customers, proactive and results driven, self-motivated and resourceful logistics leader responsible for iTero global shipping arena Key Responsibilities * Leading a Department of global Import-Export professionals. * Global view on all iTero shipments and optimization * Develop advance tools for tracking and monitoring timely ,qualitative and cost effective shipments off all iTero products * Ensure compliance off all iTero goods * Follow-up and tracking of shipments, proactive problem solving, and notifications of critical issues to customers/suppliers/internal stakeholders and Procurement & Import-Export Manager. * Ongoing communication with all global and local internal customers * System (ERP, MAT, others) updates. * Perform any other logistic & administrative activities according to business needs. * Maintain updated process owned metrics indicators reports, as may be required. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise * BA Degree –Required, MA – preferred. * Experience leading and developing global import–export or logistics teams * Experience of end‑to‑end global shipping processes * Experience in driving WW cost reduction efforts * Knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) – Required. * Extensive knowledge and hands on experience of the freight and transport industries. * Deep Knowledge of inbound and outbound global regulations and documentation. * Former experience in High-Tech companies or within an Operations function . * Former experience with ERP system/s . * Fluent Hebrew and English (verbal and written) * Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills * Creative thinker with a strategic mindset * Self-motivated, professional and enthusiastic * Customer focused * Multi task player, well organized and systematic Applicant Privacy Policy Review our Applicant Privacy Policyfor additional information.
