This role focuses on coordinating projects, syncing with multiple stakeholders and interfaces (local and global), and ensuring effective rollout of training across the organization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS At least 2 years of experience in managing learning projects or similar roles within organizations with a technological focus.
• Minimum availability of ~4.5 working days per week. The position is based in Herzliya and requires flexibility to travel to Haifa as needed.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex learning operations across multiple interfaces.
• Experience in delivering training programs: content, logistics, outcomes analysis, and engagement.
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Academic background in related fields (Human Resources/Organizational Development / Information Systems/Project management or related fields.
