About the Role: We’re seeking a passionate Junior Social Media & Community Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our online presence, building our communities and driving engagement cross-channels. What You’ll Do * Develop and nurture strong connections with our player community. * Create and execute engagement strategies across Facebook, Instagram, X, Youtube, Tiktok & Reddit. * Craft a professional, engaging and brand-aligned voice for all our social interactions. * Conduct market research, analyze trends and identify growth opportunities. * Collaborate with internal teams to promote in-game content and marketing campaigns. * Serve as the bridge between our players and the company, addressing inquiries and escalating issues when necessary. Requirements What We’re Looking For: * Native-level English speaker with impeccable communication skills. * Social media savvy with hands-on experience in community management and content creation. * Organized, adaptable and able to multi-task multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. * Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. * Passion for gaming → experience in gaming is a plus . * Experience in cultivating and managing online communities.
