The role involves supporting the monthly closing process, analyzing financial performance, partnering with business units, and assisting in management reporting to support decision-making. Responsibilities * Support the monthly financial closing process and related analysis * Perform Budget vs. Actual analysis and provide clear explanations for variances * Partner with business units to monitor financial performance and support decision-making * Analyze financial results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities * Prepare monthly and quarterly management presentations and reports * Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as required * Support planning processes including budget and forecast cycles * Work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Requirements * Up to 2 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Economics, or a related field * Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline * Ability to work independently and learn quickly in a dynamic environment * Strong proficiency in Excel (must) * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Experience working in a global organization – Advantage * Experience in a SaaS company- Advantage * Experience working with BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) – Advantage
