Credito is a fast-growing fintech company, and we’re looking for a Data Analyst to join us, dive deep into data, and make smart decisions that move the business forward. What you’ll do: * Design and implement smart data controls to ensure accuracy of regulatory reporting * Own validation processes for regulatory data, including reporting to the Bank of Israel * Identify data gaps, anomalies, and inconsistencies—and drive solutions * Build dashboards and monitoring tools to track data quality and control * Collaborate with Data, Finance, Risk, Product, and teams to ensure alignment and compliance Who you are: * A data person – but first a people person * Not afraid of challenges and willing to work hard to get things done right * Analytical, curious, with strong business understanding * Independent, yet highly collaborative * High attention to detail and data validation mindset What you bring: * SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) * Experience leveraging AI tools to improve data analysis, validation, or automation processes * Advanced Excel skills * Advantage: experience in fintech / financial services
