SOK Rishon LeZion is located in the HaElef business district and spans across two floors, each covering 3,000 square meters, for a total of approximately 6,000 square meters. The space offers a wide range of flexible work solutions, including private offices, dedicated desks, open workspaces, and 17 fully equipped meeting rooms, as well as a large auditorium suitable for conferences, lectures, and large-scale business events. Role Description We are looking for a Junior Community & Sales Manager and a key player in our community team, with a strong service mindset, a genuine hunger for sales, high energy, and a real passion for experience-driven environments, customer management, and community building. This is a junior-level role that combines learning and hands-on experience, with real responsibility in both community operations and sales activities. The role includes strategic support in managing the site’s clients, day-to-day operations and support for community members, initiating Happy Hour events, as well as lead management, sales process support, and deal closing. Key Responsibilities:
• Sales: Responding to incoming leads, managing follow-ups, supporting negotiations, closing deals, and assisting with retention and ongoing management of existing clients.
• CRM and performance reporting: Daily work with CRM and operational systems, generating reports, basic data analysis, and supporting continuous improvement of sales and operational processes.
• Customer experience management: Conducting site tours, on-boarding new clients, handling ongoing service requests, and proactively thinking of ways to improve the customer experience within the space.
• Community team collaboration: Taking part in the daily activity of the site, including community events, Happy Hours, and supporting the organization of conferences, workshops, and similar initiatives. What we offer:

• Early-career experience or strong motivation to develop in sales and or customer-facing roles
• Experience working directly with customers is an advantage
• Basic experience with CRM systems or strong willingness to learn lead and opportunity management
• Interest in community management and or co-working environments is a significant advantage
• High service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well within a dynamic team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet goals
• High-level English is an advantage
