Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join us. As part of the role, you will be a member of the IT support team within the R&D group. Responsibilities: * Maintain, upgrade and install company’s endpoints * Implementing security policies on endpoints and servers by using the most advanced technology and solutions in the market * Install and enforce company’s security policy to all devices and users * Design and implement automation processes to increase the team’s efficiency * Work inside highly sensitive networks and environments and provide technical support to users throughout the company * Automate and constantly improve support process Requirements: * Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems * Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals) * Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) * Experience with ticketing systems * Software troubleshooting (OS, Office apps, browsers) * Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user management * Email system support (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace) * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Clear verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew and English) * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests * Customer-focused mindset and patience * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies * Experience in Linux OS Nice to Have Skills * Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) * Endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF, SCCM,JumpCloud) * Cybersecurity best practices knowledge * Remote support experience and tools
