Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer located in Tel Aviv, Israel. The role involves providing technical support for IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining system administration tasks. The IT Support Engineer will handle help desk support, assist in diagnosing system errors, and ensure efficient functioning of IT infrastructure. IT Support Engineer will handle everything from end-user support and production equipment to cloud infrastructure and security platforms. The role requires collaboration with other teams and consistent engagement in optimizing IT operations. Qualifications * Deep technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu Desktop) including internals. * Design and implement solutions for OS and application deployment based on IaC approach, and physical setup and installation of personal and production workstations. * Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to assist users effectively * Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner * Experience in IT and System Administration to maintain and improve IT systems
– IDP (AAD, Jumpcloud), EDR, O365, SSO with SaaS platforms * Knowledge of IT infrastructure and ability to adapt to an on-site and cloud-based (AWS, GCP) working environment * Lead IT asset management, including hardware inventory and software licensing * Good interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with teams * Familiarity with common IT software, operating systems focusing on Linux (Ubuntu Desktop), and security protocols * Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
