Role Overview: As an HR , you will be a key partner in driving the company’s people strategy, supporting leadership, and managing recruitment processes. You will be instrumental in building a strong, collaborative, and high-performing team while working in a global, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting managers on all HR-related matters, including employee lifecycle, performance management, and organizational development. * supporting the recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. * Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and programs that align with the company’s business goals. * Support the building of a strong company culture and employee engagement initiatives. * Collaborate with global stakeholders and lead HR activities in a multi-regional, international environment. * Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and HR best practices. * Manage day-to-day HR operations to support the growing needs of the organization. Requirements: * 4–5 years of proven experience as an HR in a startup company or a similar HR role, with a strong track record in recruitment. * Experience in global environments and working with multi-national teams. * Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. * Strong expertise in HR processes, employee relations, and coaching managers. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluent English – verbal and written communication is a must. * A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
