The RoleAs an HR Operations Manager, you’ll provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on employee experience, local labour law compliance and workplace operations. Acting as a trusted first point of contact, you’ll help ensure HR processes run smoothly, consistently and in line with both legal requirements and DAZN’s culture. What You'll Be Doing: * Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR queries * Support employee experience initiatives, engagement activities and wellbeing events * Assist with onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes * Provide first-line guidance on HR policies and local labour law requirements * Support employee relations cases through documentation, coordination and process compliance * Administer HR processes including contracts, letters, HRIS updates and benefits support * Coordinate workplace operations, partnering with Facilities and IT as needed * Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation * Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience What You'll Bring: * 2–3 years’ experience in an HR operations, coordination or generalist role * Working knowledge of local labour law and HR compliance fundamentals * Experience supporting employee relations matters or HR policy processes * Confidence using HRIS systems and managing HR documentation * Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail * Clear, professional communication skills and a people-first mindset * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * A proactive, solution-oriented approach with willingness to improve processes * High levels of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism Benefits Some of the benefits of working with us include a dynamic and challenging work environment, free access for you and one other to our workplace mental health platform app (Unmind), learning and development resources, working with the most advanced technologies, a family-friendly community, the opportunity for flexible working, and full access to DAZN broadcasts.
