Yango Deli Israel is growing fast! We’re looking for an HR Manager to lead our recruitment and HR operations. If you love managing people, building efficient processes, and creating a great employee experience – this role is for you. What you’ll do: * Lead and develop a team of recruiters – managing funnels, analyzing KPIs, and ensuring full fulfillment of high-volume frontline roles. * Optimize sourcing channels to improve both speed and quality of hires. * Oversee occasional office recruitment in partnership with managers. * Administer employee bonus programs – collecting inputs from managers, validating data, and coordinating with payroll. * Drive engagement initiatives, events, and welfare programs. * Support employee relations and assist with sensitive HR cases. * Help implement digital HR tools and strengthen HR operations. What we’re looking for: * 3+ years of HR experience (HR Ops, HRBP, or Manager roles), with strong recruitment management background. * Solid knowledge of HR operations and Israeli labor law. * Experience with high-volume recruitment and funnel analytics. * Strong communication skills in Hebrew & English (Russian – advantage). * Data-driven, organized, and hands-on in a dynamic environment.
