You will lead significant organizational processes and act as a strategic partner with the company’s Managers. We are looking for a passionate, pro-active, and multitasking HR Business partner to join our team. Responsibilities * Accompanying managers, consulting and giving guidance on team management issues such as employee development, feedback processes and hiring employees on a strategic level. * Deliver a full range of HR services for the different company departments. Working with individuals, developing organizational processes, solving problems and conflicts. * Develop, lead and implement organizational change processes, guide the Managers in performing management and disciplinary actions. * Guiding the managers to lead their own team development. * Partner with many interfaces on a variety of issues such as EEX, recruiting and strategies. * Act as the HR focal point for the organization, providing holistic HR support for managers, providing advice and guidelines on ongoing staff related matters. * Supervise and make team assessment, understanding the organizational needs and process the needed changes leading to success. * Estimate the employees needs and accordingly develop training to enhance effectiveness of employee performance in achieving company’s objectives * Ensure organizational culture and working environment is open, empowering and supporting the business strategy. Requirements * 5+ years as an HR Business Partner. * Ability to Proactively identify organizational needs and offer End to End HR solutions. * Collaborate closely and coach managers and employees in all levels, to implement HR programs and initiatives. * Manage local employee development plans, talent, and performance management. * Strong problem solving, decision-making and organizational skills. * Ability to multi-task and to work through complexities in an ever-changing and high-growth business environment. * Collaborator and a team player
