Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Help Desk Support Specialist Role Overview: Provide phone-based and front-line technical support for a large organization with approximately 5,000 users. The role offers a stable environment with strong professional exposure. Key Responsibilities: * Provide phone support and on-site support when needed * Handle PC, network and end-user equipment issues * Support users in a large-scale organizational environment * Work with core support systems and user management tools Requirements: * Relevant training or education in technical support * At least 6 months of technical support experience in PC / network / end-user equipment support * Candidates with relevant courses and no experience may also be considered * Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 – required * Availability for 24/7 shifts * Experience in a phone-based technical support center – advantage
