Do you have experience as Operation Manager of large-scale railway infrastructure projects and do you want to live an international experience? We are looking for you! Key Responsibilities Operations Management * Oversee and manage all Operation activities throughout the project lifecycle * Manage and control the Operation team during the testing and commissioning of the project * Take over the operation from the control centre once ready, controlling and monitoring the SCADA, train movements, etc. * Report the status and forecast of Operation activities Safety & Procedures * Define Operation Procedures for static and dynamic testing, based on the T&C strategy and the different maturity level of the infrastructure at each testing phase * Coordinate electrical-safety procedures and train movements during non-automated phases, depending on the availability of the subsystems and the conditions set by Health & Safety * Ensure track safety and proper energization/isolation of circulation zones * Train Operation Team personnel on safety in high-risk areas and train movement procedures * Ensure all personnel involved are properly trained on safety rules and fully understand their responsibilities Testing & Coordination * Manage work permits based on installation and testing schedules * Coordinate logistics for field tests (Energy, Vehicles, Drivers, etc.) * Manage pre-energization inspections of test zones * Define test areas and ensure compliance with work limits and cleanness of test areas * Participate in the coordination forums for the installation and T&C Documentation & Instructions * Develop and publish Operating Instructions (IOT) * Issue real-time instructions to Power and Traffic Controllers * Create a List of Designated Persons to operate Medium and Low Voltage and Traction Energy * Responsible for creating a List of Designated Persons to perform the different Operation activities Minimum Requirements Education & Experience * Diploma in Engineering (preferably mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering) * Proven work experience (at least 15 years) as Operation Manager of railway infrastructure projects Skills & Competencies * Experience as a team leader / proven leadership capability * Project Management qualifications valuable for consideration * Proficiency in English. Hebrew and Spanish will be an asset
