Description We are looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Head of Business Unit to lead and scale FLOWZZ. This role will own the end-to-end performance of the business unit, combining strong business, financial, product, and marketing expertise. The ideal candidate is a B2C expert with a strong understanding of growth, funnels, and monetization, who can lead a cross-functional team and drive measurable business results. Responsibilities * Own the full P&L and overall performance of FLOWZZ. * Define and execute the growth strategy, focusing on revenue, profitability, and scalability * Identify new opportunities to expand the business and increase revenue streams. * Work closely with Product and Web teams (or manage directly) to optimize user journeys, funnels, and conversion rates. * Take a hands-on approach to website performance, CRO, and overall user experience. * Lead and oversee marketing strategy across all channels (paid, organic, CRM, etc.). * Optimize acquisition, retention, and monetization efforts. * Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI. * Manage budgets, forecasting, and unit economics. * Use data to drive decision-making across marketing, product, and business strategy. * Lead and scale a cross-functional team (marketing, product, web, operations). * Build a high-performing, results-driven team culture. Requirements * Proven experience in a B2C environment with ownership of a product or business unit. * Strong business and financial acumen (P&L, unit economics). * Hands-on experience with web, funnels, and conversion optimization (CRO). * Strong background in marketing and growth (performance marketing advantage). * Experience working closely with or managing product teams. * Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams. * Highly analytical and data-driven. * Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset. * Experience working in a global environment. * Fluent English (spoken and written) .
