Optimize acquisition, retention, and monetization efforts. Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI. Manage budgets, forecasting, and unit economics. Use data to drive decision
• making across marketing, product, and business strategy. Lead and scale a cross
• functional team (marketing, product, web, operations). Build a high

• driven team culture. Requirements Proven experience in a B2C environment with ownership of a product or business unit. Strong business and financial acumen (P&L, unit economics). Hands
• on experience with web, funnels, and conversion optimization (CRO). Strong background in marketing and growth (performance marketing advantage). Experience working closely with or managing product teams. Proven leadership experience managing cross
• functional teams. Highly analytical and data
• driven. Entrepreneurial, hands
• on mindset. Experience working in a global environment. Fluent English (spoken and written) .
