About The Role Define and continuously refine ICPs, personas, and buying journeys using data, customer insights, and market signals. Build differentiated positioning and integrated GTM plans for new products, verticals, and regions. Drive pipeline growth through optimized GTM motions across PLG, direct sales, SLG, and partners. • driven GTM and sales initiatives (e.g., buyer intelligence, next

• action, enablement tools). Partner with sales and pre
• sales to improve demos, storytelling, deal strategy, and win rates. Develop buyer and pipeline intelligence frameworks, including win/loss analysis and ICP
