Particle is a fast-growing men’s grooming brand trusted by over 1M customers worldwide. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Studio full-time, 5 days a week, in our Tel Aviv office. This role sits at the intersection of Retention (Email & CRM) and Creative Performance (Marketing & Paid Ads) and owns both worlds end-to-end. You’ll work closely with performance managers, Retention managers, and the creative leadership team — designing assets that directly impact revenue, retention, and scale. What You’ll Do * Own email design & retention visuals across Klaviyo flows, newsletters, promotions, and CRM campaigns * Design static performance ads for Meta and other platforms (4:5, 1:1, 9:16), optimized for clarity, testing, and conversion * Create marketing visuals for landing pages and website sections (no UX/UI work required) Build high-performing assets: * Product & benefit visuals * Before / After compositions * Comparison modules * Credibility & trust sections * Offer badges, promos, and urgency elements * Lifestyle and product compositions * Collaborate daily inside the Creative Studio and help elevate visual standards across channels Requirements * 3+ years experience in graphic / marketing design with a strong commercial portfolio * Proven experience in email design & retention marketing / Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar ESPs)
– A huge plus * Strong understanding of performance-driven design for paid ads and marketing pages * Solid foundation in composition, layout, typography, hierarchy, and brand consistency * Fast, iterative workflow with sharp attention to detail * AI imagery skills are mandatory (Midjourney, Sora, Nano Banana Pro, Adobe Firefly, or similar) * Big plus: * Experience designing emails end-to-end * Familiarity with Elementor or similar page builders
