A leading and highly successful global engineering company is seeking an experienced Global Sales Manager capable of leading complex, long-term, multi-layered sales processes in the international arena. The role involves working across diverse markets, engaging multiple decision-makers, and managing strategic customers worldwide. This position is especially suitable for someone with experience in the defense industry, enterprise technologies, regulated industries, or any environment where sales cycles are long, complex, and strategically significant. Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
• Lead sales efforts with enterprise customers, defense organizations, integrators, and government entities.
• Oversee long-duration sales processes involving multiple influencers and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a global sales pipeline.
• Identify new markets and opportunities.
• Own quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes, product demos, and negotiations.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Represent the company at global conferences, events, and client meetings. Requirements
• 7–10 years of experience in global B2B sales.
• Background in defense, cyber, enterprise technologies, aviation, or regulated industries — advantage.
• Proven experience managing long and complex sales cycles (6–24 months).
• Demonstrated success in closing large-scale, multi-million-dollar deals.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding.
• Native-level English; additional languages — advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
