About The Role We’re seeking an Implementation Operations Manager to lead the onboarding and catalog integration processes for one of our core products. This role sits at the intersection of data operations, customer success, and product development. You’ll ensure smooth catalog implementations for clients, maintain data accuracy, and collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance tools and workflows. Key Responsibilities * Lead catalog implementation operations, overseeing onboarding and data integration processes. * Map manufacturer catalog data to internal data models, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and ensure accuracy. * Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery. * Work with product and engineering teams to improve tools and influence product roadmap decisions based on operational insights.
