An Israeli-based medical device company operating in the global market is looking for a Global Distributors Manager to join its commercial team. This role reports to the Head of Sales and is based fully on-site in Haifa. It combines responsibility for managing existing international distributors and identifying and onboarding new distributors. The role includes international travel at least once per quarter, and possibly more depending on business needs. This position is suited for a commercially strong, hands-on professional who enjoys working independently, building distributor relationships, and supporting international growth in a dynamic medical device environment. What you'll do: * Manage ongoing relationships with international distributors * Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and support the introduction of new products * Build and implement work plans, goals, and commercial objectives * Lead business meetings and deliver product training to distribution partners * Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors * Support and strengthen distributor activity on an ongoing basis * Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as orders, logistics, marketing, and regulatory * Provide solutions and handle ongoing commercial and operational challenges * Equip distributors with the tools, guidance, and product knowledge they need to succeed * Represent the company during distributor visits to Israel, trade shows, and international meetings Required Experience: * At least 5 years of relevant experience * Proven experience as a Distributor Manager, Sales Manager, or a similar commercial role within the medical device or dental industry * Excellent English, both written and spoken * Willingness to travel internationally as required * Academic degree is an advantage * Additional languages are an advantage Strong advantage for candidates with experience in: * Hands-on distributor management * Onboarding and supporting distributors * Working with international distributors or channel partners * Distributor management in medical device or dental companies * Sales roles with direct distributor or channel responsibility * International partner-facing commercial activity Candidates coming from sales management, distributor management, or business development backgrounds may be relevant, provided they have solid practical experience working with international distributors or channel partners. What success looks like in the first year: * Building a strong understanding of the market and distributor needs * Developing a strong grasp of the company's products and commercial activity * Identifying and expanding business opportunities through distributors
